A. Most people see ping times to our servers below 30ms. All of our servers live on a switched Fast-Ethernet network running at 100 Mb/s. This network is connected to the Internet via dual OC-48 connections. However, due to the nature of the Internet we can't guarantee ping times. We invite you to use our traceroute tool to check the ping times between your computer and our servers.

Note: Additional East Coast servers are scheduled to come online Q3/2003.

A. We cover almost any multi-player platform game system that is available on the market today. The main servers we offer are:

A. We launched our first public server on June 28, 1998.

A. Yes, you can upgrade your service to include web hosting for only $12 per month. Our web hosting includes the following:

• 24x7 FTP Access
• 50MB RAID 5 Storage
• cgi-bin directory
• PHP, Perl Supported
• 10 email accounts
• Access to logs and Web Stats

A. Yes, you have full rights to your server and may change any number of settings to your liking. If you want to change feel free.

A. Yes, you can. We give you full FTP access to your server files so you can upload mods, maps, scripts, and other server related management files.

Note: We do reserve the right to refuse mods, scripts and plugins based on how they effect system performance.

A. Yes, M-F from 9am to 2am Pacific Time. We do ask however that non-critical issues (advice, tips, etc) be handled via email so we may still offer free phone support.

A. Typically under 10 minutes. lpghosting.com is a subsidary of dweebsoft.com. Dweebsoft.com began as a web hosting / web monitoring company. We have automated tools in place to monitor the game, the actual server, the network, and other system parameters. We'll typically know about potential issues prior to your server failing. Significant failures may require addtional time to resolve. However, you'll receive credit for any extended outage. Please read our Terms and Conditions.

A. When you sign up for service you'll get:

• The game server of your choosing
• FTP Access / SSH Access
• 50MB Storage (for addt'l maps, etc)
• Support via Email / IM / Phone

A. -Yes. When you order a server from us, we bill your account, then continue to bill your account for the service on the same day monthly until you request differently. You can prepay also.

A. -Yes, 5% discount for 3 month prepay, 10% discout for 6 months, 15% discount for 1 year prepay.

A. lpghosting.com has a web ticketing system available 24x7 which will page the on-call engineer who will then call you back. Phone Support is available 9am - 2am Pacific Time. We ask that you use the web interface to log issues prior to calling for phone support.

A. We have servers in San Jose California. We'll be expanding to the East Coast Q2/2003.

A. There are no waiting lists. Why wait when you want to game now? You'll be gaming on one of our low lag servers typically within 3 hours of your order acceptance.
